Returns

How do I return an item?

 

The Granite Bracket Shop will do it’s very best to try to satisfy our clients with the very best granite brackets money can buy. That said, we do accept returns gladly and with as much service offered as when you bought them. We don’t like red tape returns but this is our very simple policy.

Return Policy:

Brackets:

If you are not satisfied, you may return the bracket(s) within 45 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping. Brackets are not eligible for a refund after 45 days. Note: For return orders of 50 or more brackets there will be a 20% restock fee.

Brackets must be returned in good condition with all accessories to ensure credit. Additionally, the following criteria must be met:

  • Brackets were not customized when ordered. (Note: This includes customer designed brackets, reversed countersinks and additional holes along the horizontal support.)
  • Brackets were not altered after receiving.

Tools:

If you are not satisfied, you may return the Tool or Tools within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping. Tools are not eligible for a refund after 15 days. Note: For return orders of  tools there will be a 20% restock fee.

If the tool is in a non functioning state you my elect to replace the tool. Replacement of a tool or tools that are malfunctioning are only replaced if the user notifies us of the issue within 3 days of delivery date. The tools sold by The Granite Bracket Shop refer warranties to the manufacturer’s warranty and do not hold responsibility for said products.

Tools must be returned in good condition with all accessories  and paperwork to ensure credit. Additionally, the following criteria must be met:

  • Tools can not show any sign of use. (Note: Test the tool out before heavy use to avoid return/replacement restrictions .)
  • Tools were not altered after receiving.
  • Tools SN will need to match the manufacturer’s product packaging and paperwork.

Books:

There is a no return policy on books after 2 days after shipment received date.

Refunds:

All refunds will be made after returned items are received. Once the refund is processed please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
