The Granite Bracket Calculator Tool will help you figure out how many Granite Brackets you will need on a pony wall.

Things to be aware of when planning for your project:

A. Granite countertops come in different sizes and thicknesses. The two most common thicknesses are 2cm and 3cm. We do not differentiate between the two when figuring out how many brackets you need.

B. Granite Brackets in this calculator set the brackets at 16 inches apart and then adds one for safety. The rule of thumb is each bracket should be placed about 16 inches from each other. A good hint from the installers is to start in the middle and work your way to the sides. Brackets can run four inches from the edge of the granite overhang safely.

C. Most knee walls are about 6 inches thick, and this calculator sets the brackets at 2" max and 4" minimum away from the overhang facing the edge.

Type in the length of your granite (Left to Right) in inches:

Remember if your using an Easy Granite Bracket there is the Rear Pressure Plate measurement that is left up to you. These lengths come from 1 to 7 inches in length. You will make this choice when ordering.
